NOTICE from ISCA

For development of SPOCHAN, usually thank you for having you cooperate.
۲۰۱۸ is a year of the world championship holding.
In December, I wish everybody participates in a world championship.
A seminar was already carried out this year in Taiwan and Romania, Germany, Switzerland, Morocco, Sri Lanka etc.
Because there are a lot of people who acquired a qualification, I explain it for future development. The authorized branch office of association of international Sports Chanbara（ISCA） is one in one country. ISCA president Tanabe authorizes it.
The chairperson（president）of branch office of the country can hold the championshoip of the country.
The chairperson (president) of branch office of the country can select a national team member with Team fight player to a world championship.
The person who acquired the qualification of the Instructor (Shihan, Shihandai, Inst A, B) can apply to ISCA for the qualification of one’s student. (The instructor can apply to one’s position rank bottom)
The person who acquired the qualification of the Instructor (Shihan, Shihandai, Inst A, B) can buy official Spochan goods to ISCA.
I wait for the application from everybody for SPOCHAN development.

In Tokyo, the enthusiasm for sports is high now.
I want to make SPOCHAN big before this heat cools down.
Therefore I hold a world championsip in 2019.
I hold the European championship of 2019 in Belarus in May.
World championship is December 2019.
In August of this year, the holding of the European championship of TAFISA was decided in the Netherlands.

A Championship place holding the world championship in December is the new gymnasium which Japan built to hold the Olympics in 2020.
I look forward to that I can meet everybody there.
